Terms of Use

01 License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in line with Apple's Standard EULA, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

You may not:

• Sell, sublicense, or rent the App or your subscription.
• Reverse engineer or modify the App.
• Use the App to violate the law or someone else's rights.

02 Subscriptions

Premium features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Apple through your iTunes account.

• Trial. If a free trial is offered, your subscription begins after the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown on the paywall unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Management. You can view, manage, and cancel your subscription any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or in the App under Settings → Manage Subscription.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not directly issue refunds.

Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region.

03 Your content

Scripts you write and videos you record belong to you. We do not claim any rights over them.

You are responsible for the content you create. Don't use the App to create content that is unlawful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise harmful to others.

04 Account (optional)

The App is fully usable signed-out. If you sign in:

• You agree to provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for your account credentials.
• We may suspend your account if you misuse the service or violate these Terms.

05 Updates & availability

We may update the App from time to time. We may also discontinue features or the App as a whole; if we do, we will give you reasonable notice when possible.

06 Maintenance & support

We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.

07 Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to ship a reliable product, but we don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, that are not effectively disclaimed above. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you (if any). Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.

08 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost data, or lost recordings. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

09 Claims & intellectual property

We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims from you or a third party relating to the App or your use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the App fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.

If a third party claims that the App infringes their intellectual property rights, we — not Apple — are solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.

10 Legal compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You agree to comply with any third-party terms that apply when you use the App.

11 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your country of residence.

12 Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may terminate or restrict your access if you violate these Terms.

13 Changes to these Terms

If we change these Terms in a material way, we will update the "Last updated" date above and surface a notice in the App.

14 Third-party beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
